Honeywell Sensing and Control FSS-SMT Low Profile Force Sensors are ultra-reliable with a 20 million Mean Cycles to Failure (MCTF) at 25ºC (77ºF) rating in a compact commercial-grade package. Low deflection of 30 microns typical at full scale help reduce measurement error and direct mechanical coupling of the actuation ball to the sense element reduces coupling errors and keeps mechanical hysteresis to a minimum. The Honeywell FSS-SMT Series Force Sensors are ideal for a variety of potential applications in the medical and commercial industries.
